To celebrate the 30th anniversary of WU-MU's entry into the United States, a series of activities and promotions have been launched, using WU-MU's noodles as ingredients, and extending 30 recipes from different cultures, countries and flavors They show the diversity of WU-MU and the excellent quality that has been accumulated over the years.

In terms of photography, we actually followed the production process of 30 dishes from preparation, cooking to finished products. Match these 30 dishes with different styles to highlight their characteristics. In arrangement, there are detailed steps and process photos in the cookbook, whether you want to try new dishes, or appreciate it as a gourmet book, it's up to you!

興霖食品為國內首屈一指麵食專家,旗下品牌者眾,可能屬五木拉麵最為大眾所知悉。為慶祝五木進軍美國三十週年,展開了一系列的活動與宣傳,其中就包含五木30th的三十道食譜,以五木麵食作為食材,延伸出了三十道來自不同文化、國家以及風味的食譜,展現出了五木的多樣化以及長年累月下來的優良品質。

在攝影上,我們實際跟拍了三十道料理的製作過程,從備料、烹飪到成品,將這三十道形形色色、各有風味的料理,搭配不同的風格,凸顯出它們的特色。而在編排上,詳細的步驟以及過程照,不管是你想要嘗試新的料理,又或者是當作一本美食書好好欣賞都不成問題!
